Eligibility for Returns

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Exceptions

  • If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
