QT Drive Innovations® delivers three technical services that sit next to our Japan–USA parts export: AI-powered diagnostics, blockchain verification of records, and NFC inspection in the bay.
1. AI Diagnostics
The AI Diagnostic Assistant is a live production application for technicians, importers, and parts specialists. It is not a generic chatbot. Answers are retrieved from a maintained automotive diagnostic knowledge base so a DTC, a system (charging, starting, transmission), or a symptom can be worked with source-backed context.

2. Blockchain Verification — QT ProofChain™
QT ProofChain™ is the verification layer of QT Drive Innovations®. It records parts and vehicle events so a later reader can see that the history was not rewritten in a spreadsheet. Typical uses: origin of a used assembly, inspection completion, and chain-of-custody between the Japanese workshop and a U.S. buyer.
3. NFC Inspection — QT InspectTag™
QT InspectTag™ is a Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) workflow on an NFC (and QR) tag attached to the vehicle or major assembly.
Five-Step Inspection Flow:
Technician or driver scans the physical industrial NFC tag or QR code on the vehicle.
The digital inspection is performed directly against the assigned vehicle checklist.
Inspection findings, photos, and measurements are captured in the InspectTag™ record.
A tamper-evident, timestamped PDF compliance report is generated automatically — suitable for DOT-style audit files.
The inspection hash can be anchored on QT ProofChain™ for on-chain cryptographic verification.
InspectTag™ is built for workshops, exporters, and fleets that need a file they can hand to a regulator, insurer, or overseas buyer without relying on a paper clipboard that can be lost or altered.
